Bennett finally got his first taste of cereal at 4 1/2 months old. He has been eyeing food and people putting it in their mouths for quite a while now, so I figured he might be ready to try some. He opened right up when I moved the spoon toward his face and even wanted to try and help by grabbing the spoon himself! Of course he made a terrible face, but he did really well with it and barely spits any back out.
He has been having cereal every evening for a week now. I think he might pack on the pounds when he finally gets to eat baby food because he goes to town and is very interested in helping with the process!
