While Bennet technically took his firt dip in a pool last summer at Aunt Kerri's when he was onlyabout 8 weeks old.......we took him Friday evening and this was the first time he realized he was in a pool. Our fitness center has a great zero entry pool for kids that is probably only four feet deep at the deepest point. We also wanted to try Bennett out in his life jacket because we want him to be somewhat used to it before we go to the lake this summer. He did great! The only problem was that the pool was pretty chilly so the poor kid had blue lips and his teeth were chattering. Needless to say we didn't swim long but he enjoyed it. He loves to splash the water!
